Raymond serves as the senior pastor of Christ Church West Chester in West Chester, PA. A Southern Miss graduate, Dr. Johnson holds a M.Div.,Th.M., and Ph.D in New Testament from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He has taught as an adjunct at Boyce College and Kenya Baptist Theological College. They have five children.

Terry Kraus

Terry has lived and worked in the Delaware County area since 1979. His career has been in the Commercial HVAC industry and since 2000 he has been the General Manager of a local company. He has attended Christ Church West Chester since 2009 (formerly The Journey Church). You can often find Terry fixing something around the church. Terry is an avid Penn State Football fan, never missing a game. He also enjoys working in the yard tending gardens alongside his wife of over 35 years, Donna. Together they enjoy going out for dinner to local restaurants and taking vacations to the Outer Banks.

Joshua Miller

Josh moved his wife, Rebecca, and their three sons to West Chester in 2017 to serve this church. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Clemson University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary. During the day, Josh can be found working in manufacturing and solving problems. He enjoys sharing meals with friends and helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. When he’s not working, ministering to others, spending time with family, or remodeling his house, Josh enjoys watching college football, riding bikes, hiking, and playing video games with his boys. He is on a quest to eat at every local restaurant and welcomes personal recommendations and suggestions.

Nick Gaetani

Although Nick has lived all over Southeastern Pennsylvania, he considers West Chester his adopted hometown. He earned his B.A from York College of Pennsylvania and his M.A. from West Chester University. Though his fields of study were completely unrelated to his career in financial services, he wouldn’t have it any other way, as it was here that he met his wife, Meredith. When not serving God’s church, he enjoys travel, trying new foods, walking around the borough with Meredith, sports (especially soccer and racing), and reading an eclectic mix of books on a number of topics. He also loves meeting new people, so feel free to say hi to him on Sunday mornings.

Donna Kraus

Administrative Assistant

Dan Mason

Pastoral Assistant

A native Delawarean, the Lord called Dan to faith at a young age. Around that same time, he began playing music. While leading worship in college, he felt God’s call on his life to combine those two early loves and enter vocational music ministry. After graduation, he moved to Louisville, KY to attend The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a city and school he had never visited. Through connections there, he learned about a small church in West Chester, only about 45 minutes north of his hometown. After visiting one Sunday in the summer, Dan moved back home to join the team as an intern at The Journey Church. As a Pastoral Assistant at CCWC, Dan serves alongside Pastor Raymond to equip the elders and deacons to serve the body of Christ, in addition to leading worship most Sunday morning services. Dan has a B.A. in History from the University of Delaware and will graduate with an M.Div. in Christian Ministry from SBTS in May, 2020. He lives in West Chester with his wife, Rachel.
