Pastor Raymond Johnson recent wrote a review of Lead: 12 Gospel Principles for Leadership in the Church by Paul David Tripp, which was featured on the 9Marks Website.
Johnson writes, “Healthy leadership communities…according to Tripp, will foster friendship that loves serving one another as the leaders grow in dependence upon one another so that they can ‘interrupt [each other’s] private conversations with protective biblical insights and restorative gospel truths’ to protect the leader, the leadership community, and, ultimately, the church.”
